These terms govern your use of the agencyhut.io website and any partnership engagement you enter into with us. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Engagements & scope
All work is performed against an authorized scope of work. No work occurs outside a ticket and an agreed scope. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are actioned.
White-label & confidentiality
Our services are delivered on a white-label basis. We protect your brand and your clients’ confidentiality as a core obligation, and we expect the same discretion regarding our methods and personnel.
Intellectual property
Upon payment, all deliverables we produce for an engagement are transferred to you as your intellectual property, accompanied by clean code and documentation.
Standards & delivery
- Work is built and verified on staging before any production deployment.
- Changes are reviewed and approved, with a known rollback path.
- Security-relevant changes receive a security review.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing follows a net-30 protocol. Engineering hours are logged and reported with precision.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
